Calamvale Medical Centre

The doctor was patient and thorough and spent the time to explain my situation and answered all of my questions which really put me at ease.

My hubby and I have been going to this practice for over 3 years now, and we're both very happy with the level of care our regular doctors provide. Even if we move to another suburb, I'm pretty sure we'll keep coming back here.

Reception needs a huge improvement. Unhelpful staff that talk over you and mess up appointment's. Customer service is essential in a business, this medical centre lacks it 100%. I have never felt the need to complain but this needed to be said.

I'm in same medical centre 15 years ,( stay just because they are close to my place ,and another public place are the same ,so no not big difference if I change centre) lucky do not need their help much.Couple doctors are OK,rest just doing nothing. Staff are hopeless too ,if make app. In advance , used to call day before asking are you coming,next day I come to app. Staff told me you have had yesterday,,happened twice to me...Visit I think all doctors ,looking for good treatments ,only two I'm happy , need more improvement in care for people ....actually they are paid for look after people So do your job proper please ..

Good medical centre, many good doctors. A major problem is that you need to book a week in advance to see a doctor . Not just the doctor of your choice... any doctor, which is of no help if you or a family member is sick now! Also have waited up to an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. Puts me off going to this surgery.
