We were purchasing our first home, and would not use this company again. The person looking after our paperwork left with no notice, so we were handed over to another person who was not really much better. There was no communication with us along the way unless we rang, and we would have to tell them the same thing more than once. We had to pay late fees to the owner as we didn't meet our contract date due to a stuff up on the paperwork which we have been told was at the conveyancers end, even though they deny it.The only positive was we settled.
