'Calisthenics Training' was developed by Shahar (Shaq) Tal to provide a full solution for better health and pain free body movement.
Shaq is a former world class gymnast. Today, one of the coaches of the Australian National Gymnastics Team, Shaq also works with elite athletes, AFL and other sportspeople to improve their overall performance.
'Calisthenics Training' combines the fundamentals of gymnastics, progression exercises and general fitness to provide a unique form of training in a safe and fun environment.
