Callaghan Collision Centre

If I could put a zero star review I still think it would be generous, useless customer service and over two weeks to even look at the vehicle when we were told it was three days for completion. I run a business myself and if I treated my customers this way I wouldn't be in business for long.

Not sure how to edit old review. After the initial quote, car was booked in promptly, was kept updated throughout, apologised for the slow quote and I was really happy with the work. 5 star review should balance out the other.

Went in last Tuesday for a quote, was told it would be done and would receive a call in 48 hours. Call insurance company on Monday and ask if they got it, no, so they called them and they were told they went on annual leave (for 3 days?) and it would be done by tomorrow. Call up Tuesday, not done yet, will be done Wednesday. Call up Wednesday.... well you get the idea. Apparently will be done by tomorrow. Did manage to speak to a staff and said they've been busy. Perfect place if you love waiting 9 days for a simple quote, can't imagine how long the repairs will take!

I have been a customer of Callaghan's through insurance a few times now, and i have found them to have excellent customer service and accident repair services, they are almost very friendly and happy to go the extra mile to satisfy customers, this business is a stand out example of excellent customer service and i have referred many of my own friends and family there, if your insurer gives you choice of repairer i suggest you give this business a look in as i highly doubt you will be dissatisfied, and if your insurer doesn't i suggest you look at changing to one that does, such as GIO
