wait for ages for their appliance and when they do tell you they are coming they dont turn up, i have taken the day off to be there as they only open monday to friday

Quite unreliable
Called up regarding a dishwasher. Needed it fixed as soon as possible. They came out after 2 days. Then Needed to call them back. I was told i didn't tell them to proceed. I told them yes. almost 2 weeks later i called them to see why the part had not arrived and they told me they lost the docket and did not even order the part.

So now we have been almost 3 weeks without a dishwasher.
