If i could give this service centre any less, then I would. I tried to pay, and pin on my savings account... first time was my fault. The second time I tried he pulled out my card before it did anything... He then said the machine was faulty and was going to swipe it. As he went to swipe the card, he tapped it - charging my credit card. When i asked him to refund the amount, he refused. I asked him again. He again refused and said that he couldn't and that it wasn't possible. I was ticked off.I was loud - I admit but i was ticked off. I left angry and frustrated. I came back in to ask his name. He would not tell me, told me it was my fault and started to yell at me. I have never been treated so rudely or badly. I also work in retail and have never treated someone like that.
Thanks but no thanks Caltex. This particular petrol station has lost my business. Maybe you should review a little more deeply who can run and work in your branded stations.
