Calvary Silver Circle is delighted to announce that Home and Community Care (HACC) services are now being offered in the NSW Mid North Coast areas of Gloucester, Forster and Greater Taree.

The HACC program is designed to help older people live independently by providing services that support their daily activities at home and in the community.

The HACC program provides the practical assistance that many older people need for independent living with services including:

- transport (to appointments and shops)
- domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, ironing and meal preparation)
- social support (companionship)

We also have Level 2 and Level 4 Home Care Packages which is a coordinated package of services tailored to meet your care needs. The services can support you to stay at home for as long as possible, as well as give you choice and flexibility in the way that care and support is provided.

Home Care Packages are available on a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) basis.
CDC gives you the opportunity to choose the level of involvement you would like to have about the types of care and services you receive, how care is delivered and who delivers it. You will be provided with a personalised budget to see how much funding is available for services and how much money has been spent. Services offered can be:

- personal care
- domestic home care
- social support / companionship
- respite care
- case management
- home maintenance & modifications
- 24 hour personal emergency monitoring
- clinical care

We also have our Home Alert Tunstall Monitoring System. Our range of falls management products can help manage a persons risk 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
