The plumber was quite unbelievable. They used so many expletives and foul language that I had to call management and ask if this was normal. Management thought that some swearing was OK (!). They did not want to go under the floor either so my husband did this for them(lucky he was home or the job wouldn't have got done). The plumber then overcharged for both the labour and travel time. I wouldn't use this plumber again.
