Absolute disappointment with my experience with this company. If I could give a zero I would. Do not waste your time and money buying anything from Camdise. It has been over 2 months and I still have not received my item. I have sent multiple emails and made a number of phone calls and have had no response. I am luckily purchased my idea using PayPal so have now opened a dispute. This company needs to be shut down!
I was absolutely discussed with the poor level of customer service and how I was spoken to over the phone when what I ordered looked nothing like the picture that was sent. When I wanted to discuss my options and what was sent I found that I was not genuinely listened to or understood but all the lady on the phone wanted to do was talk over me and tell me I was wrong. This made me feel very unvalued as a customer & made me feel stupid.
The person who answered my call sounded very unprofessional, she didn't even introduce herself when answered and did not even greet me or ask me how can I help, she only made assumptions on what I wanted & did not hear me out, I believe she was the owner of the company and later found out her name was Mel via email.
