The picture items on website doesn't fit with the description items. Don't reply to emails. No feedback to my complaint email. Very bad customer service.

They have competitive price, but their service is awful. Asked a question via e-mail with no reply for a full day before taking the gamble and ordered anyway from them. It took them 2 full days to finally responded to me and shipping the goods. And later they leisurely take 3 days just to send me the tracking number, which was given to me by the local branch of the expediting company 30 minutes prior, with hefty tax to pay. Had it been given to me earlier, I can do something to make it tax free. Now I have to swallow extra 200$ deficit just for the tax. Saw the return policy only to get the store credit, I'd rather pay 200$ and not to deal with them anymore. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Awesome camera shop. Have been to others in Perth but this one seems to have the best experienced staff. They have a wide variation of younger to older sales staff that have good knowledge in different areas from Film to Digital.

Even the founder of the company still comes in once a week to help out and is very friendly and knowledgeable. This family owned business is great to see as most other shops nowadays are too corporate and cold and only want to help big spenders, or so it seems.

I hired a camera from this place. The staff were helpful and friendly, i left my tripod mount on the camera and they gladly called me up to notify me. Store was quite large which was good as you could easily browse through their gear! The ability to hire equipment before you purchase was great! The only thing letting the store down is the price. To hire gear was really expensive. I will definitly be back again, especially if i need to "try before buying". I would reccomend them if you need to test equipment before buying it.
