I dont think its good idea to buy from them. although they sell it bit cheaper, it doesnt look like items are genuinely brand new. I boutght a drone, the product arrived after about 16 days. it came from honkong and box was damaged scrath and scrub marks on the remote and some places on the drone. it definitely not factory packed and looks like a used / demo or a returned item. i was informed that i will get only 70% of the amount I paid if I return the item. Definitely not recommend to buy anything important from here.

I bought Sony mirorless from them with the lens. Paid 5 years warranty and extra $$ for better lens but what I received was e-mount camera with a-mount lens. So they do not work together and I could not use my camera at all. After 3 months and hundreds of emails I decided to buy another lens (not from them of course) and I can use camera. It is working but there was 1600 images made when camera was delivered to me so definietly not new camera. That mean warranty money and a-mount lense are wated money BE AWARE of them and decide if is worth few dollars you may or may not save.

Buying from Camera Sky was the worst decision I ever made. The camera was faulty and I have been waiting for a refund for nearly 6 months. I will be forced to contact consumer affairs. Don't buy from these guys.

The service is cheap, rather than good value. My product was suspect and customer services poor.
Purchased a DSLR Canon camera. It was supplied without any endorsement of Canon. Therefore when it developed a fault, it did not fall under Canon's warranty. An expert who assessed the camera believed it to be refurbished, when it was sold to me as new. Communication wrt repair was so painful the process took 6 months of constant pestering.

They worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They sent us NAB account details to pay into. After some probing I found that they are now accepting payments to a Commonwealth bank account instead!

The customer service staff were about as useful as a rainbow to Stevie Wonder!
They constantly send you the same scripted excuse. Even when you call them, their response is scripted. i had to ask the girl I spoke to 'Fatima" to please stop reading and just speak to me like a human!

I can not stress enough how terrible this company is! Take heed.... Steer clear!
