I bought close to 10K worth of electronic equipment and accessories requiring things at short notice for work purposes. I cannot fault the team - all were aware of my order and ensured that as and when ordered items arrived I was contacted immediately to arrange pick up. Very easy to work with, great over the phone and in person. Knowledge of cameras was very good and helpful.

I actually did shop around before buying a camera from them. After searching many stores, this was the last place I checked and they had the camera that I wanted at a much better price than elsewhere (I saved around $200). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and when I went to pay for it, I actually got an even lower discount than expected. I've had the camera a few months now and it's great. I like this place, but after reading these reviews, it's a definitely a good idea to do the research regardless.

This is a horrible over-priced shop. They are not worried about customer loyalty or repeat customers. You can walk in there and talk to them about things, just DON'T BUY ANYTHING!! Their no exchange and no refund policy means you're doomed the minute you pay up... AVOID if you can.

Do your homework before shopping at this store. We purchased a Nikon S640 plus SD card, case & strap on 16/10/10. The assistant assured us his price was the very best that they could do. He spent some time at his computer and calculator working things out. We purchased the above items $457.90. After our holiday when we got back home I thought I would check some prices. Each of the 4 items we purchased were cheaper elsewhere. I could have saved over $150.00 if I had done my homework before hand. Don't believe them when they say they have the best price.
