It is a nice experience, I'm just not sure I look good in this stuff, it is loose fitting and very resort -friendly, I just find I look a bit too big and old . The quality is ace and the staff are genuinely lovely. It is very pretty stuff, and no one seems to make anything remotely like it, so that's a plus. Not cheap but not mass produced so what do you expect.
Still love this store. As you walk in you are instantly captivated by the colours and sparkly crystals form their silk pieces. The assistants are happy to help you style any piece. As I was shopping beautifully dressed women, many wearing Camilla pieces already - were styled to perfection in the latest prints from Camilla. Sarongs, turned into capes, kaftans turned into maxi skirts, scarfs turned into headpieces- it was all very creative and fun.
Pieces are quite expensive, expect to pay over $400 an item, but it is such a great experience and I love the versatility of the brand!
One of my favourite stores in the area. I often come in here and peruse the racks dreaming on one day owning a gorgeous silk crepe Camilla dress. I had already watched all the youtube videos on the myriad ways of styling this pieces, stalked the brand on instagram and maybe even tried a few on in numerous other stores. But today was the day I would finally do the dirty deed of buying my first Camilla drawstring dress. I wasn't planning on purchasing it, I walked in like I do every other weekend, placed my hands on nearly every garment, my heart skipping a beat with every touch.
