Very bad experience. Case took ages...reason advised was that one of their part time lawyers was handling the legwork. When I then appointed another lawyer - who was excellent btw - they behaved in a manner which I found exceptionally unprofessional. My husband had signed two wills simultaneously - one hand written and one typed but exactly the same will, witnessed by the same people at exactly the same time. Camm asked which version I would prefer to use. The new lawyer I appointed used the other will...and Camm LODEGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE AUTHORITIES that it was not the correct one! Great to find out that after speaking to witnesses they recalled that the copy the second lawyer utilised was signed last and therefore was the correct will. I leave it up to you to decide the motives behind a solicitor doing this after I had removed my business from them and paid a negotiated amount despite the second solicitor starting from scratch.
