I had a pretty bad experience here only a few months ago. The repair wasn't very good and the guys working there made me feel pretty stupid for even questioning the work!
Doesn't sound like Cammeray Smash Repairs have always found them to be very approachable and easy to deal with. Am really surprised that you found the work to be substandard, I have been going there for years and have always been more than happy with the quality of repairs.

Having had three cars repaired by Greg and his team I have nothing but the highest of praise for the work and professionalism in which it was carried out. From the moment I dropeed the vehicle off I was kept informed as to my vehicles progress with all insurance and parts queries handled by them and I did not have to lift a finger. The vehicles were repaired in the time frame given and the presentation in which they were returned to me was nothing short of impeccable and will see me return in the future.
