Dear Elegant Designs,
Your review is not fair or accurate. The fact is that your agreement was substantially in arrears and a default was registered on Equifax. When you questioned the default listing Equifax reviewed your concerns and advised the default listing was placed correctly.
It is an essential part of the agreement that you have to make payment in a timely manner. You have still not paid the outstanding invoices and your file has been referred to an external debt collection agent.
If you made payment for your invoice on time this situation would not have arisen.
I had a problem with Camnet pricing previously. I contacted the billing team and came to an arrangement.
They also helped me set up automated meter readings so I don't need to send through a page counter every month.
The machines I have rarely break down and just require occasional routine maintenance.
Like with any agreement you must carefully read and understand the terms.
Just started a job in a club and this mob have stitched up the worst deal possible. High cost per click and also a high minimum amount of copies a month that is never met. They won't even work with us to try to remedy the situation......Stay away at all costs!!!!

Redback spider. You can't leave e-mail addresses on this site. Can you please update the reference # on your post.
Dear Club Manager, it is quite obvious you do not understand the agreement you are on, the industry is very competitive and all suppliers are about the same price best for aquistion and service rates. The reason your copy cost is probably high could be because it also incorporates the rental of the device, in addition when volumes are agreed to they are based on historical data provided to Camnet. If this changes due to your business changing this would not be Camnets fault. They could make variations to your agreement to lower the volumes provided it didn't eat into the rental portion of the agreement. I recommend you get a greater understanding of your agreement and how it works. My experience with Camnet is that they will always work to resolve any issue within reason.
Seemingly good deals become poor as they increase prices, even if this was never agreed. Then they won't let you out of contract, or threaten a credit default. Others we have encountered have had varied problems, but no users I have met have had good to say. Watch out.
Can you let me know if your still in dispute with this company, I'm aslo having issues with them.
All prices increase when services are involved, your agreement covers maintenance, onsite service, technicians, spare parts and consumables, the company needs to increase prices to stay viable and continure to offer outstanding service. Your copier lease is for five years and the finance is based on paying it off over five years, why would they let you ourt of this early? Could I get out of a 5 years lease in three years if I was financing a car, as an example.
Unfair contracts that lock you in for five years and you can't get out of. They signed us up to more print copies than we can possibly use. We got caught as well, telling us we would get printers for $1 at the end of the term. Trouble is, we are paying far more than what the printers are worth at the end of those five years and can't get out of the contract.

Yes redbackspider - please post the reference number for the ACCC complaint.
Dear Redback spider,
From your comment, we believe you are the general manager of Parramatta Basketball association. The legal verdict on this case has been decided in Camnets' favour.
Please note the print copy plan encompasses rental, finance and maintenance so the cost is more than a simple outright purchase.
Why is an agreement unfair when someone at your organisation agreed to every part of it? and if you were on a 5 years agreement why would they let you out of it early, they need to recover the cost of the equipment over the agreed term. Whey would you sign you to more print volume than you are actually doing? This does not make sense. Generally if you pay a higher lease amount you can get ownership for $1 at the end of term if it is written into the agreement, as a professional business person why would you not check that this was written if this is what you wanted. Your review is unfair and biased.
