I turn up on time and wait 30 minutes in a chair after someone confirms who I am. I can hear their staff milling around inside mucking about while I wait. After 30 or so minutes someone will come out and ask me if I have a job. When I say no they make me a new appointment and send me on my way. A waste of my time and tax payer money. I don't understand how good job network providers who try get closed yet somehow CP's doors stay open.
And I can confirm how slow their computers are. But they're still not as slow as the staff.

they tell me i have an appointment next week and make it for the very next day
then i get cut off for not checking the print out date
(my fault but also theres at the same time)
