I just walked out of this gym thoroughly disappointed. I told the older gentlemen who was serving me to shred my sign up membership because he was getting frustrated with all my questions I had about the joining options. I was really looking forward to going to this gym, and was dishearten by this guy who didn't know how to answer my questions with a clear-cut answer when I had more to ask, he then got upset and said, "We aren't going to do this again are we?!" Horrible customer service from this particular guy. He was insisting I sign up for the fortnightly payments, even though I was happy to pay extra up front for 3 months. He wasn't listening and was more interested having me do the fortnightly payments, rather than servicing my needs. He was not helpful and I walked out, when I told him to shred up my sign up. He took pleasure pushing me into the ground with his snide comments, with his awkward approach.

Love it here. Staff are always friendly. Plenty of equipment and space, relaxed atmosphere.

I have been a member with this gym since the very beginning, almost from the moment they first opened. The variety of modern equipment in the gym, with which you can build your desired body and fitness level is astounding! The manner and professionalism of the management and staff are all contributing factors that make this gym an ideal place to work out at. In my opinion it is the best gym going around, and the staff are friendly and always make me feel welcome. I appreciate the hard work, blood sweat and tears the owner and management put in to run this amazing facility. I strongly encourage new comers and who ever is looking for a gym, to join Camperdown Fitness!

I tried to give feedback over some staff behaviour to the management and they cancelled my membership on the spot. Also they owed me money on my payment plan and I didn't bother chasing after it after I was "banned".

For anyone looking for a gym to join, allow me to advise against joining Camperdown Fitness (in Camperdown, Sydney, NSW, Australia for those of you who will be reading this on various forums I will be posting this to).
