I knew I needed to see a physio when I couldn't turn my neck so I could look over my shoulder and that twinge that I felt in my elbow wasn't going away like I'd hoped by ignoring it and drinking a lot of tequila.

So I called up these guys and got an appointment the same afternoon with Simon.

Walked in nearly in tears and left being able to turn my head! Simon worked wonders and considering a few days later I was bound to get on a plane and travel half way around the world he gave me some pointers and tips of how to relax the muscles myself and how to try to avoid stressing them some more sleeping on a plane, etc.

Miracle worker? Yes, yes he is. I still see him at the moment weekly in the hopes that the flare up will die down soon enough.

For a physio that's local and knows his stuff, I'd totally recommend these guys.

This practice is excellent, they open early, there is always a friendly welcome and they make time to help you. I have always felt that my health was their first priority, they take the time to explain the problem, how they plan to treat you and then give you effective treatments and suggestions that you can apply at home to improve your recovery rate.
