Was recommended this company through a friend and found they had the best prices. After making an enquiry, I received an email from Gust shortly after who was able to provide us with a vehicle best suited to our needs and was very helpful with the many questions I had.
Disappointed.
Had booked a motor home for 7 days with booking confirmation and stress free insurance package and toll pass .
But 2 days before my departure, get a email from camper van finder , due to some reason the booking is cancelled , and they have managed find me different van for a cheaper price. Didn’t mention that it’s cheaper because he didn’t add all the options what I had opted for IE stress free insurance, rollover cover , roof damage cover , toll pass etc etc ( obviously it will be cheaper if you don’t add all those things) nothing was included. I only come to know about all this when I go to pick up my van . And had to end up paying extra for insurance and toll charges plus the admin fee for every toll. And no responsibility was taken for this .
So please check and double check everything before any confirmation. Don’t just go by what they say. Save the trouble.

As we explained to you, unfortunately the vehicle you had booked was involved in a serious accident just before your pickup date and the supplier Let's Go Motorhomes wasn't able to offer a replacement vehicle. This was totally out of our control.
Instead of refunding you and ruining your holiday, we worked very hard and were able to find you a replacement vehicle from another supplier and sent you all the details of what was included with the rental.
Please contact [email protected] for your next rental and we will be happy to give you a $100 credit voucher for the inconvenience.

Found their website and the pricing looked great... asked for a quote and the quote was around 4 times the price on the website and what they quoted on was not even close to what we wanted... if I was you I wouldn't waste my time.

We are sorry to hear you aren't happy with our booking process. You can see we list from prices on our website, and it's clearly indicated for customers to see. Pricing depends on the length of your booking, availability, and how well we can negotiate a deal with our supplier inventory. If you have a strict budget, feel free to send your agent the price range you are restricted to, and then they can look at campervan options in that price range.
