I have always preferred being outside in the fresh air, working with both my hands and my head. I spent many years working on farms as a teenager and young man and I learned a lot about repairing things rather than just buying new things. I also learned about reusing and recycling things, essentially, I learned that often you can do more with less?

I have always preferred being outside in the fresh air, working with both my hands and my head. I spent many years working on farms as a teenager and young man and I learned a lot about repairing things rather than just buying new things. I also learned about reusing and recycling things, essentially, I learned that often you can do more with less, and that you should aim to do a job once and do it right.

Later I moved into commercial and civil construction and demolition and the one thing that I could never get used to was the waste. Wasted materials, wasted time, perfectly good things thrown out because ?it wasn?t worth it?.

Well, I think the time and the effort is worth it. That?s why I call myself Captain Can Do! ?I?m always happy to help?
