This is our regular grooming place for our standard poodle, Oliver. He has had many haircuts with many different places in the past. However, none of them produced the type of cut that he has at Canine Clip Joint. His fur feels like velvet and the cut is always very even. Ollie has always pulled to get in through the door when I drop him off, and seems to like to be there. We are very happy with Canine Clip Joint.
Terrible! The management is extremely rude, my dog was kept for 4.5 hours in a tiny cage with no water. When I was finally able to pick her up, she had barely been groomed. We are still trying to deal with this horrific experience.
I find this comment and experience to be completely inaccurate. I have been taking my 2 Westies to them for the last 4 years and I am happy to say that not only do my dogs love going to the CCJ but I have been very pleased with the care and attention to detail they have given us over the years. I am so happy that I finally found someone who can do a Westie trim. I also appreciate that anyone can see the dogs being groomed as it shows the love and care they all receive. I do know from personal experience that water is available to every individual dog and they are walked so they can relieve themselves during the day. My dogs run into the shop every time they visit which indicates to me how well they are treated. I love the fact that my dogs are also featured on Facebook which gives my family great joy. They clearly love what they do and it shows in their work. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
It is a grooming place, not a kennel. Our dog always has access to water in his crate when he's waiting for his groom, and he has always been very happy each time he's been at Canine Clip Joint. With any haircut, the level of satisfaction is usually dependent on our ability to provide adequate instructions. If you failed to provide the right instructions, then you have only yourself to blame.
I have been taking my two dogs to the Canine Clip Joint for the past 4 years. Before I started taking my dogs there I had been to many different groomers. I can honestly say that I will NEVER take my dogs anywhere else! They just love going and they nearly break the door down trying to get in. The staff have always been very friendly and have always been so loving and caring with my dogs. I would certainly recommend the Canine Clip Joint to anyone looking for a groomer!
