Canley Heights Licensed Post Office

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF VERY GOOD SERVICE THANK YOU

I don't recommend going to this post office for posting parcels. The staff overcharged for a service that no longer exists anymore (registered post) and denies any mistake in doing so. Also, staff seem to give two tracking numbers for a parcel sent (they print a label, then stick a signature on delivery label) which therefore gives two tracking numbers. They should be scanning the signature on delivery label into the computer to then print a parcel post label which shows a tracking number identical to the one on the signature on delivery label. It is irritating to give tracking numbers to recipients which aren't scanned as a result of creating two tracking numbers.

This is my local post office and every experience I have had here has been nothing short of a nightmare. From rude staff to missing parcels, the only reason I set foot in This post office is to collect parcels. This is always a problem with them claiming not to have the parcel and giving you a number to call. Upon calling the number you are always told that the parcel is at Canley Heights Post Office waiting for collection. The cycle continues with post office staff telling you it is not there......

This is not my local post office but it is definitely my preferred post office. The staff here are more than helpful and they are very friendly. They are very patient and are likely to go out of their way to help you with all of your postal and billing needs.
