Terrible bedside manner. I saw a female go today(Saturday) who accused me of trying to argue with her. Will not be seeing that gp again.

It saddens me to write this review. The doctors are lovely and the receptionist staff on certain days I have visited the local GP for appointments. The reason for my review is an experience with a receptionist staff member. She was rude and dismissive when I asked her a question about the process involved with booking an preemployment examination (do I have to prepare beforehand as I had never done one before). Her answer to my question was: "Just make a booking." Given her tone and the way she looked at me, I realised that she didn't even want to be bothered to offer me any advice or help. She then proceeded to print off my tax invoice and just held it out for me to collect. No "have a nice day" or "I hope everything works out." I had the worst doctors appointment In my life today and feel I have to let people know not to use this surgery
To start I had to wait an hour
I had an appointment with doctor Lo today as I have a bad back and wanted a full check up as I am over 40.
My back was not even looked at and I got given sleeping pills which I said I did not want but still got given mmmmm!!!
Then for me ful check up I got a script for three blood test!!! Did not check any thing els !!!! Did not lay a hand on me to check either issue
All they are interested in is get you out as quick as possible and taking your money
My advice is save your money and find a different doctors surgery to go to
One that cares about people and service not money not like this one

Walked in and reception staff were great. But the young doctor was very dismissive and borderline rude. No actually he was rude. He couldn't care less about actually diagnosing the problem. Had this smirk that was annoying and hardly looked at me and once done 4 mins later was charged far too much. Never again

Extremely unprofessional!!
Had to wait an hour and a half to see the doctors and I wasn't even sick. Had to get a whooping cough vaccination. When I was finally seen to by the doctors I was told that they don't even stock it and that I would have to get a script from the chemist and make another appointment to come back!!
