After being disgusted at Waratah Fish n Chips' food and service, I was pleasently surprised with this one. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful and the food was quick, crispy and delicious. I won't be trying anywhere else for a while :)
very rude service was terrible, so I checked out the other local fish and chip shop was fantastic service as well as great food, if want to get my trade you really need to be nice to your customers and up the standard of food presentation and service, you cant keep customers waiting that long only to be served soggy chips and fish, should have given me a fresh batch when I complained not been rude...........
don't normally comment on reviews for my shop, but am a bit suspect of this one. first of all my staff and i are well known for our quick service and very friendly manner and second of i have not had a complaint bought to my attention of any kind in years. if this so called customer is on the level i would like to know about it, because if we did get a complaint there is no way my staff and i would have been rude. Funny do not recall this situation at all. That is why i felt it necessary to comment.

The management, it seems that I am one of many whom have complained about your food, if I were you I would take this opportunity and turn it around to a positive situation, to realize you need to service your customers better. I have been going to the other fish and chip shop and it is a worth while trip even though it is not my local. Whilst I do understand complaints can happen in any industry as I have been on the receiving end in my trade not maintaining happy customers can lead to demise, please take this as constructive criticism customer do not want to think that when they complain the management is rude yet again to the customer.
Just me, didn't get a generous serving at all,noi italiani come un grande feed, the chips were all soggy, I didn't go there to read a book or watch TV but for some dinner, Curry Sauce was no where near up too scratch, I gave it a try thats all one can expect. Guess we all have a different standard of good or bad food. Cheers and have a great day
Mr Racuia disagree stronly I have been to all the local fish and chips havent found a really bad one . I think most poms in the area including me would vote for the curry sauce at Canning vale fish and chips. I dont think there is a chip shop trading that hasnt serverd up a dissapionting batch of chips at some stage. One must remember that potatoes varie greatley in quality throughout the year and it is not allways the poor chippie shops fault. A quick tip for non soggy chips is to ask for them to be loosly wraped and have the wrapping stabbed with hole to let the steam out. Sorry but the staff at Canning Vale chips get my money every Friday and Monday. if you get a chance check out the grilled local salmon YUMMMM
