Cannington Medical Centre

The sonographer Kruitti was inexperienced,unprofessional and impolite. Surprised to see this kind of attitude in an QPA accredited centre.

very bad experience as i went to see the Gp on Wednesday night and found the door locked at 9.45 pm but the time is 10pm for closing and when i knocked the door the staff came and refused my entry .i was extremely sick and what would you wanna do if someone's is going through this.
shame on this practice
why they open the door right on 7pm but close it 9.40pm .
its disgusting

I've been going here for years and have generally never had to wait more than 15 - 30 mins. I think I've waited an hour once. Pretty good considering how busy it can get here. Receptionists have always been helpful, efficient and extremely patient considering some of the behaviour they have to put up with. I see Dr Aviles and highly recommend her. She has always been lovely and takes the time to explain procedures and results in a way that makes it easy to understand. I've always felt comfortable talking any medical issues over with her and I've never felt like I'm being pushed out the door. The facilities are top notch and considering it is all bulk billed I feel very lucky to have access to this medical centre. Awful place and worst receptionist we ever met. Super rude and total disregard for the customer. We waited more than 2 hours even with an appointment and she told us off for asking her how long we need to wait. When the GP was finally free to see us, she was very abrupt and just spent 5 mins! Stay away from this horrible place.

I reciently attended this clinic to be seen by a Doctor there for the first time, on Satyrday just gone and again on the Monday. The recptionist was extreamly helpful and professional over the phone before I went there and again in person once I arrived. The facilities very clean and new looking and the Doctor was fantastic. Seeing as it is a walk in clinic I can understand that sometimes there might be a long wait but both times I have been there I was seen within 5 minutes. I was bulk billed where as my normal GP always charges me a fortune! I definatley would recomend.
