Canoeing Down Under

I ordered a BRAND NEW Epic V8 kayak at FULL PRICE.... I was told that it would take a week to get in. A week later, I get a call from Terry (owner) that it has come in. I went into the shop, Terry walked me out the back and said here it is.... and he points at an EX DEMO Epic V8 that has a crack/gash in the front and Canoeing Down Under sticker on the side.. also it was the old model because the handles were the old colour.

I was horrified and for 5 minutes they tried to pass it off as new, said would patch the hole etc and that it would be ok.I said I ordered a BRAND NEW one, and then all of a sudden, Terry walks me over to a brand new one which is wrapped in bubble wrap....which I ened up buying.
