Standing outside looking at the menu,it took a while to find staff to get us seated. We walked in and was greeted by staff who were busy walking around doing other things

On a raining Sunday afternoon, it's nice to step into a dry, roomy and warm welcoming space for a while. Sodden from a heavy downpour, I am met at the door, invited to leave my umbrella to dry where it's safe and shown to my table. The service is very nice. The outlook is onto Hyde Park which is pleasant. The decor is ambient with tree sculptures adorning the walls, hence the "canopy". I enjoy a hot coffee and my companion has a Sauvignon Blanc with shoestring fries. Just the thing to warm us up! It's the kind of place we felt welcome to sit in for hours, very relaxed and nice. Thank you.
