alas, a corporate giant stomped on our sombrero and challenged us to a duel!
Unwilling to play a game of legal to & fro, Cantina chose to proudly replace a 'b' with a 'v' and adopt an autentico translation for the service that we provide - loosely; a movable snack bar...Cantina Movil.
A Mexican food truck that serves burritos, nachos, desserts, and drinks. I happened to come across this truck at the Vivid Sydney along with its fellow trucks all parked in Circular Quay/The Rocks catering to the cold and hungry crowds! Service was lovely and quick too. They do take credit cards but there is a surcharge of 50c.
Feeling a bit peckish whilst taking in the delights of Vivid, I had a Nachos Cantina Style With Chipotle Beef. I enjoyed the packaging of it as made it easy to eat and walk at the same time! It came with delicious tender slow cooked beef. It was quite delicious with the guacamole, queso fresco, and coriander together.
