Please DO NOT spend your hard earned $$$ here! Where do I start? Stayed for 3months and it was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!
Kid friendly? NO WAY. My children were constantly told to be quiet, yelled about riding their bikes, and swinging on clothes line (5 kids inpark,all got charged for breaking the line when mine was hardly outside), but no discussion about it, I just got charged.,there is also NO DESIGNATED play area, and the old locals let ya know it. Washing machines stained my clothes, oh and only ever 1 out of the 2 were working. The management? Well after office hours,wanting to discuss silly little issues! OFTEN NOT BUSINESS RELATED! Was glad to leave. MY WORST NIGHTMARE. Do yourself a big favor, and bypass this!

UnfortunatelyPaul doesn't own it anymore it is run by another management.
They yells at elderly tennants puts rent up at unbelievably high rates they charges 250 dollars for 6 weeks electricity

Also yells at your children constantly. No play area provided.. Dont part with your hard earned $$$$. Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unorganized.
