Capanno Italian Restaurant

Doesn’t look much from the outside, but a lovely thriving little Italian bar and restaurant inside. It was really busy when I visited and hence I ordered takeaway. I’d be keen to revisit for a proper dinner. I ordered spaghetti Bolognaise and the serving was very generous for the price. Could be a bit more flavoursome.

The best Italian Restaurant in the Eastern Suburbs. Everything made from scratch and always willing to cater to people with allergies by altering the meals.

Service is great, the only draw back is that you have to book on saturday night, as it gets packed. Carmen and the crew at Capanno even made our wedding reception one to remember.

Great food and a cosy atmosphere. The arancini balls are fantastic! Have been several times and will continue to do so.

Maureen and Lynne had a truly lovely evening excellent food, friendly staff who remember you, nice venue not too noisy so it is possible to chat!! Coming again soon.

Highly recommended. Came here for a birthday celebration. The service was fantastic, especially considering we were a table of around 18. The waitress even gave us a detailed description of everything on the specials board (and got a round of applause when she finished!). The food was spectacular and such a variety, it was difficult to choose. I will definitely be going back.
