The houses are amazing but unless you have a live in cleaner do not expect to get your bond back. We were charged extra cleaning as kids left finger prints on the doors and windows, and furniture had been moved. We were accused of putting a hole in the wall and were charged extra to remove rubbish (apparently your meant to drive around with bags of rubbish that doesn't fit in the bins. We are not untidy people. People that run this are totally unorganised and only rang the week before our stay to confirm our booking and to advise us that we had too many people booked in to stay there. Will never use these guys again, I would rather stay at the caravan park and I think they would prefer anyone with kids to stay away as well. Not kid friendly.
Unfortunately you forgot to inform us that you were hosting a 40th Birthday party in which there was excess people staying at the property & hence the excess rubbish. The most disturbing part of your stay was the fire pit you made on the owners personal property where more rubbish was scattered & beer bottles smashed that obviously required cleaning up for the safety of future visitors. The phone call was made as you finally sent in your booking & accommodation form 1 week prior to your arrival, despite numerous reminders.
