The powered campsites are very grassy and shady (we stayed 4n). However, the park facilities are quite poor. The camp kitchen has no hot water and the sink regularly needed a plunger to use. There is no freezer. The showers flooded out all over the bathroom floor freqently, and the soap/toilet paper was not restocked very often despite the sign saying they were serviced daily. The permanant site next to ours had a sewage outlet that bubbled out and trickled over the ground and smelled awful. There didn't seem to be any noise curfew and so there was a lot of very loud parties/music until very very late at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the surrounding area is very nice and worth visiting, but from my experience the facilities here need some upgrading especially the plumbing.
A basic caravan park with grassed sites and basic cabins. Powered site $30 per night (peak season). Check in was very friendly and efficient. Ablutions are good and reasonably clean.
The small caravan park shop is the only shop in town. Within easy walking distance of the jetty.
