Very poor experience. Started at the front office. I phoned to make a booking and the first thing staff mentioned was the cost of the consultation and spoke to me as if I was stupid. Staff also talked about a lot assuming they knew exactly what was going on in my mouth before I even spoke, not professional at all. When I saw the Dr, seemed nice enough at first then left the room straight away to go and see another patient in another room for nearly 20 minutes. I was left sitting in a room with a very rude staff. There was no apology when dr returned which I do not expect when paying nearly $300 just for a consultation. After being quoted $1000's for cleaning and being told they offer no payment plans what so ever I decided it was something I had to get done and returned. I ended up travelling to Sydney for a far more professional service. Please don't put yourself through the pain and empty pocket for such shocking services, I feel like I am scarred for life.

I had a very bad experience here. I actually walked out of my consultation. They were rude. There are others who are able to do periodontal work, choose one who has a personality as well.
