Capital Radiology

Exceptionally rude reception. On hold for over 25 minutes after my call was answered with please hold. By that time I made it to the clinic and I was told “I’m busy!” No apologies, no acknowledgement of putting people on hold for that long. Looking now on other reviews- seems this is normal practice.

I have been to a number of different Capital locations in the past for xrays or ultrasounds. The staff has always been friendly here, they have a quiet waiting room area with few couches, chairs. TV are available for entertainment, I find on most occasion provided you have an appointment the wait isnt too bad. The staff across the team has always been friendly. There was one occasion in which I came there for a ultrasound for my baby and had to pushed a huge stroller through, and required the staff to open the door to enable a double entrance to fit the stroller, it was quite simple in which I could have easily done it myself, but she didnt seem to happy having to move from her desk and assist. Nevertheless, I guess we all have bad days, but when youre representating the face of an organisation it makes a huge difference upon entrance and having that extra small bit of assistance goes a long way.
