I took my laptop in for a $70 diagnosis and waited 2 weeks for a response then rang them. They told me I needed a new $400 part and suggested I buy a new laptop off them - I refused and asked them to replace the part.



3 weeks later I rang to see where it was at and they repeated the diagnosis and asked if I wanted to replace it completely forgetting earlier conversation.



2 weeks later rang them again and they said that the replacement part doesnt fix the problem so I asked when I can pick it up and they told me it was with their technician - I asked them to call me back and 1 week on still no word - just rang them now and they asked to call me back in 5 minutes - that was half an hour ago.



This is the worst customer service I have recieved in a long time.

capitol computers are not worth my time or money and I like to inform all of you about they faulty products and insulting service.

I have purchased few parts from them and PSU (power supply unit) Hytec AITO 850W (cheap Taiwan) was one of them.
