We offer kids and adults classes, which run in Brookvale and Queenscliff (Quenscliff Surf Pavilion).
Capoeira, the Brazilian Martial Art, is a fun and exciting sport. During Capoeira classes, your will have fun developing your potential in flexibility and strength. You will learn history and folklore, words and songs in Portuguese, exercises and movements that will improve your coordination and ability, discipline and also how to play diverse musical instruments. You will gain self-confidence as you will become more skilled in elements of acrobatics, dance and singing which are all parts of the game.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
