Capoeira is a fun means of exercising to get fit whilst learning a new culture and self defense.Classes for adults and kids. Capoeira is manifest of Music, Acrobatics, self defense incorporating the Brazilian culture.
Professor Fominha has been teaching Capoeira in the local area since 2004.
