I can't recall when last, I have had such a disgusting meal as the one I have just had. The meal was delivered cold, then when we got it back, we could not find what we were eating...it had disappeared into nothing. the pasta was over cooked and the pasta had no taste what so ever. Clearly Nonna was not in the kitchen tonight. The owner/manager just shrugged it off. And charged us the full price. Good on you... You won't see us back.
A busy Italian restaurant in a side street off Jetty Road - easy parking. This must be an owner operated restaurant as you feel well looked after as soon as you enter to see tables set with white tablecloths and nicely spaced apart. Pretty sure they are using Grandmothers recipes in the kitchen. I ordered a classic Veal Marsala which was tender and sweet. My partners choice of Seafood Risotto was a hit with lovely fresh seafood. Only complaint was that the serving sizes were not generous - Grandmother definitely would have filled up the plate more!
