Wow. We went there last Friday night to watch the boxing and thought we would have dinner whilst we were there. The service was awesome and the service was only to be outdone by the food quality. The steak was 5/5 and my husband gave their ribs 10/5. The meat was literally falling off the bone (thanks to the bar maid who said they are a must). It's not the fanciest place on the peninsula but it certainly had great staff, food and atmosphere
Oh wow, my opinion of this bar has changed hugely. I haven't been on a busy night and it still doesn't look inviting but will definitely be going back for dinner. They have a great playroom for children and staff are really friendly. Drinks specials with $5 pints and some great meal deals, we were very happy with our meals and the prices even if parking isn't the best.
Food was great - service was horrible. The girl serving me got my order wrong and then proceeded to argue with me that *I* was the one who got it incorrect. I then was given my meal anyway - so it was basically just her coming out to my table to let me know that they will do what I want, but it's my fault it came out incorrectly. Was so angry, I couldn't even eat. I ended up leaving most of my food there. The food looked amazing, my stomach was just not up to it.
