Im sure they're probably good if they actually attend their appointments! Got stuffed around 3 times this week by Car Care. I needed my car detailed before the weekend and had changed meetings/appointments around several times to try and accommodate THEM each time they had to reschedule me... and yet I am entering the weekend with a car that hasn't been properly detailed. To his defence the guy did try to help me and 'guaranteed' me they could have someone out to me within the hour today, but after being messed about so much this week I wasn't about to give them any money! Very disappointing. Goes to show you're better off going with a small personal business then a large reputable business.
I would not recommend anyone to use this company at all. I arranged for CAR-CARE to come out and detail / remove paint over spray from my BRAND new vehicle.
Prior to CAR-CARE working on my car, the paint work was in BRAND NEW condition very few scratches.
The finished job looks as if a 5 yr old child has attacked the paint with an abrasive pot scourer!! ...read more
