We bought a used jeep, and have had some major issues with the transmission, asked them to help out since we just bought it! and they have refused! Even want to charge us to have a look at it!
Obviously they dont check their cars before selling them, we have wasted $16k!
We will never be going back to them!
Great sales team tho, definitely get you to sign the contract pretty good ??
I'm very disappointed with the transaction from this dealership.
I was told by the owner that the van is brand new and wasn't registered and that it will come with 6 months registration.
Upon taking delivery, i found out that the van has already been registered and has 5 months rego, not 6 as promised!!!
Bear in mind that I paid $1300 extra than its value for "supply and demand"
