My name is Lachlan Macaulay, owner of The Base Espresso Bar and Carbon Base Catering.We specialise Boardroom Catering, Certified Organic Espresso, Gourmet sandwiches, and Gluten Free Sweets.
After 11 years of corporate and private catering in Brisbane we know what menus are perfect for every function, taste & budget. Our catering combines traditional flavours with a modern flare to share with your colleagues and friends.

Our menu is designed for Breakfasts, Morning & Afternoon Teas, Seminars / Training Programs, Boardroom Luncheons, whether it be formal or informal, Excursions,
Cocktail Parties and Office Drinks. When you need to impress, you can be guaranteed that Carbon Base Catering will provide fresh, tasty and tempting treats for the most discerning guests.

We roast and slice all meats on the premises to ensure the end result is quality and freshness. Our meat is also Halal friendly. Our fabulous Sandwich range, Paninis, Turkish Bread and Baguettes are sourced daily to ensure they are fresh for your function. Dietary options for food allergies are catered for with ease.
