I was very surprised to read the negative review from step2802. I have nothing but praise for Deven and his team at Carbon8. I am an image consultant and important to work with premium quality printers who understand the importance of image and reputation and the delivery of outstanding work. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! You (ie. Deven) are rude, talk down to customers and refuse to explain things to us because we wouldn't "understand". Unless you are a big account, they hand you from one account manager to another, and when they don't communicate to each other and something goes wrong, they tell you its your problem and not theirs!! We paid hundreds of dollars for one sample, which they don't even bother cutting for you!! They make you pay the full amount upfront and then when you are done they will send you additional invoices even if it didn't turn out right and then if you don't pay they threaten you with debt collectors!! DONT GO TO CARBON8, there are a bunch of good printers out there! Go somewhere else!!
