Even though this is the furthest winery out of Clare, it is definitely worth a visit. All the wines are very drinkable and really reasonably priced (the Sangiovese is a must!) but the best part about our visit was the tour of the winery. The owner showed us a bit of bucket chemistry to demonstrate how the wines are blended which was really interesting.
