Carebuild

We had been contemplating a renovation on our house in Tempe for quite some time - enlarging our kitchen and putting on a deck - but were stuck on the details, so we asked Mike to meet with us to discuss the concept. He quickly understood what we wanted: not a modern look, but rather something that would blend in with the 1940s cottage feel of our house. He was full of enthusiasm and ideas, and he has an enormous amount of knowledge and experience so he knows right away what will be possible and where any potential pitfalls may lie. Ive known Michael for many years, and engaged him on several of our home projects in the capacity of not only the Project Manager, but taking care of the drafting of plans and submitting full development applications to councils,then overseeing the whole project including the building work.



I was extremely happy with the outcome achieved, and to be able to leave everything in very capable hands of Carebuild meant I could focus on work whilst the project was completed.
