Careflight Group Queensland

Careflight has been one of our family's 'charity of choice' to support for a couple of generations now. We've collected lots of their goods - from bbq utensil cooking kits to their themed teddy bears to just outright giving.
And when a family member was unfortunately in need of their services, they were fabulous and professional.
Can't say enough great stuff about them! A fantastic initiative.

For many years now our family has supported Careflight as one of our chosen charities. I'm so glad we did as my hubby ended up needing an emergency flight to the Prince Charles Hospital for open heart surgery almost 12 years ago. They were just wonderful and we have always felt indebted to them. Hubby & I were invited recently to lunch at the Careflight HQ & Mark was asked to tell his "rescue" story. It was just so great being able to go & meet the staff, volunteers, helicopter pilots, winch operator, paramedics, other donors & rescued patients. They put on a lovely lunch & played an awesome dvd for us about their missions. They let us sit in the helicopters & take photos too. Careflight is such an amazing charity doing life saving work for the community.
