Horrible Staff, beautiful jewellery. My partner and I went in looking at some beautiful cocktail rings (emeralds/tsavarite/tanzanite etc) and I asked them about some of the emerald rings that were there. I pointed to some saying that they were beautiful and commented on how lovely the store was. The staff sat on the seat and didn't even look at me and my partner's direction. RUDE! The response I got from the staff after commenting on their store was "Thanks" without so much of a smile or look. MY partner left disappointed and sad. We could afford the things in there but their attitude not good. I thought about going back there another day thinking that it was a one off but based on the other reviews here - this doesn't seem to the a one off! HOW DISGUSTING! NEVER AGAIN!
oh gosh, let me just start off be saying that i have never been treated so poorly in a jewellers before!! what horrible customer service! the staff who served me was rude and assuming i can't rant enough about how upset i felt after being served by them and leaving the store. I walked in with my boyfriend, looking for an antique dress ring, i fell in love with one through the window as soon as i saw it i fell in love, and it was the perfect fit!! it was just over $2000 the staff said they could knock some off of the price and give me a 3 month lay-by. they said it so rudely , i mean i could afford the ring if i really wanted but they could have given me a longer lay-by! Its an antique store! i know for a fact they wouldn't make as much as a retailer today, why would someone pay thousands on a ring in an antique store when they could pay half that for their very own designed ring? anyway as me and him both thought about it the staff said here's my card, ill let you think about it. my bf ...read more
