I bought a beautiful faux flower wreath and a potted live plant for my own shop showroom. One or the other is commented on daily by my own customers. I absolutely love the presentation of this shop, and received kind service by the owner and by a man employed by her on different occasions. I’ll continue to pop in from time to time in hope to find ‘that item’.

Absolutely disgusting level of customer service! Received 8 gerbras (4 pink 4 yellow) on Tuesday by Friday morning all the yellow were wilted and dying. Called to be told that they were purchased fresh altogether on Monday and that they can't guarantee what happens to them after they leave their air-conditioned premises. It is cold wintery days in Brissie at the moment! And if something was wrong in the care I was taking wouldn't they all be dying not just a certain colour? No resolution offered not even a sorry just a rude arrogant business management who has no idea how to deal with customers! Asked me sarcastically what I wanted them to do - "drive me around 4 yellow gerbra's" absolute disgusting level of professionalism and then proceeded to hang up on me and told me they didn't care that we wouldn't be using their service again.
