I called as my washing machine was not draining, they came to assess it and said they had to order a part. Spoke to the owner of the business Karen and she said that the part will take one week until they receive it. It actually took 3 weeks and I was the one calling and chasing up to find out if the part had arrived. Once the part arrived they installed and my washing machine still does not work! They are happy to take your money, but they don't call you, you have to chase them up! Very unprofessional business with no sense of customer service! By the way I'm still waiting for a phone call from the technician Carlos to find out what has to be done! Spend your money somewhere else!
I requested them to come and look at my dishwasher that was leaking. The first time they came looked and said nothing was wrong. It leaked again - more water this time. They came the a second time looked and said they would order the required part. Came back and put the part in. Next load i did melted all my plastic and the lower basket. Called again and sent photos. They came back again, stayed for an hour this time and supposedly fixed the new problem. The very next load the machine the sparked, didn't empty properly and the spinning arm in the bottom hits on the element. So now I'm left with a washer with water sitting the bottom and a blown circuit board. Disgusting service!! They made a small issue into a major problem and I'm left needing a new machine.....
